Warranty and Conditions of Sale
Warranty
Shooting Partner Inc. warranties all products against material and manufacturing defects up to one year from date of purchase. Products found, in the sole discretion of Shooting Partner Inc., to be misused, abused, or improperly maintained, will not be guaranteed. Refund, repair, or replacement, will be the purchaser's sole remedy for any and all damage caused by, arising out of, or relating to any product, purchased, but not limited to any claim for breach of any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product. Shooting Partner Inc. reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without any prior written notice to the purchaser.
Sales Policy
Unless prior arrangements are made accepted forms of payment for orders are: major credit card, official cashier's check, money order or private check subject to transfer of funds. Orders will be shipped subject to confirmation of transfer of funds. The Purchaser must verify that they are of at least 18 years of age in order to purchase Shooting Partner Inc. products. Export orders will require special handling.
Freight Policy
All products drop shipped from Shooting Partner Inc. will be F.O.B. Portland, Oregon, unless otherwise arranged. Inspect all shipments for freight damage when received. Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of receipt, at the receiving end.
Return Policy
All returns are subject to a return authorization. Authorized returns of salable merchandise may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
